Support
FlowState is made by one person. Your message goes straight to Ben Penchuk, who makes it.
Write to support@flowstatefit.app. Say what you were doing and what happened. The iPhone model and iOS version help too.
Send feedback from the app
In FlowState, open Profile, tap the gear to open Settings, then tap Send feedback. It opens a message to Ben in your mail app, with a short technical summary added to help fix backup problems:
- the app version and build number, the iOS version and the device model
- the backup status, how many changes are waiting to back up, and when the last backup worked
- recent backup error messages
The summary has no workouts, sets, notes or profile details. You can read it, change it or delete it before you send. If Mail is not set up on your iPhone, the app shows the summary with buttons to open another mail app or copy the address and summary.
Backup
Your training is saved on your iPhone first and backed up to your account when you are online. Settings shows your account and when the last backup finished. The sync button next to it backs up now.
Delete your account
In FlowState, open Profile, tap the gear to open Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Then confirm.
- It erases your account, its backup on the server, and the workouts, templates, records, custom exercises and weigh-ins on that iPhone.
- It cannot be undone.
- It needs an internet connection. If the server cannot delete your account, nothing is changed.
- Workouts FlowState saved to Apple Health stay there. You can delete them in the Health app.
Deleting the FlowState app on its own does not delete your account. If you cannot open the app, email support@flowstatefit.app and ask for deletion. Use the email address of your account so it can be found. Ben replies within 30 days.
