What it does
- One tap per set. Each set is prefilled from your last session. If you hit the same numbers, logging it is one tap.
- A rest timer that starts on its own. It starts when you log a working set. A Live Activity counts it down on your lock screen, and FlowState alerts you when rest is over, even from another app, if you allow notifications.
- Personal records for every lift. FlowState flags a new record when you log it, and keeps each lift's best in one place.
- Starter templates. Push, pull, legs, upper body and full body are ready to add and change. You can make your own too.
- Apple Health. If you allow it, FlowState saves your finished workouts to Health and reads your body weight from it.
- Works offline. Every set is saved on your iPhone first, so logging never waits for a signal.
- Backed up to your account. Sign in with Apple or email, and a new iPhone gets your history back.
- Free, with no ads. No tracking either. Read the privacy policy.
